Our GetRunning group runs are free and open to everyone. A great way to connect, train, and enjoy the community. If you join Journey or Loaded, these runs become customised to your program, with coach-led structure built around your heart rate zones, pace, and training goals.

Zones Two & three - 5:45am Studio

Tuesday Mid Long Run

Your midweek aerobic builder.

This is your Zone 3 steady run... Longer than a typical weekday run, shorter than Saturday’s long run. Coached pacing, structured, course specific and a strong focus on aerobic development.

Perfect for building endurance, practicing consistent pacing, and stacking the training load smartly across the week. Run solo and you’ll survive, run with the crew and you’ll thrive.

Sharpen up. Push the pace.

This is your quality midweek workout... Targeting Zones 3, 4 & 5 with a mix of threshold, tempo, and interval efforts.

Expect a structured session delivered via TrainingPeaks and led by a GetRunning coach, complete with warm-up, pacing guidance, and a clear session plan.

It’s where speed meets smarts, helping you build strength, efficiency, and race-day confidence.

This is your Zone 2 endurance builder... A relaxed, social long run designed to develop aerobic strength without overloading the system.

Coached pacing, fuel support stations, and pace groups for all levels make it the perfect mix of structure and community.

Build your base, bank the miles, and enjoy the long run vibe with a solid crew beside you.
