GetRunning Subscription – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GetRunning! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any GetRunning subscription product or service through our online store. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms in full.


1. Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be charged the recurring amount stated at checkout, on the frequency specified (e.g., weekly, monthly).

All subscriptions have a minimum term of 3 months. After this period, you can pause or cancel at any time. Each renewal is processed in 3-month increments.

Your subscription will continue until cancelled in accordance with Section 4.

All prices are listed in [NZD] and include GST unless otherwise stated.


2. What’s Included

Your subscription includes the products, services, or benefits listed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve inclusions from time to time, but will not materially reduce the overall value of your subscription without notifying you.


3. Billing & Payment

Payment is processed automatically via the method you select at checkout.

If payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess it. Continued failure may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current.


4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription after the minimum 3 months via your account dashboard or by contacting us at admin@getrunning.co.nz.

Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.


5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed, except where required by New Zealand consumer law.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within [14 days] of payment.


6. Pausing Your Subscription

If your subscription type allows pausing, you may pause it for up to [4 weeks] per calendar year. Contact us to arrange a pause. Billing will resume automatically at the end of the pause period.


7. Changes to Pricing or Terms

We may update these Terms or change pricing from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you with at least [14 days]’ notice before taking effect. Continued use of your subscription after the change date will be deemed acceptance.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, training plans, materials, and branding provided by GetRunning are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without written permission.


9. Health & Safety Disclaimer

By subscribing, you acknowledge that running and exercise carry inherent risks.

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate.

GetRunning is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in activities, unless caused by our proven negligence.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
