At GetRunning, we’re committed to providing high-quality coaching services and ensuring you get the support you need to achieve your goals.

Coaching Services

Non-refundable once delivered: Because coaching is a service that begins as soon as we start planning, delivering programs, or holding sessions, completed services cannot be refunded.

Change of mind: If you decide not to continue once a program has been delivered or a session has been used, we cannot issue a refund.

Refund Exceptions

We will provide a full refund if:

You are charged in error (duplicate payment).

A technical or administrative error prevents you from receiving the service purchased.
