- 6-weekly check-in: Touch base with the coach, make any changes needed for the program.
- Training Peaks: Have your program delivered via Training Peaks with smart watch connectivity.
- Heart Rate Zones: Understand your heart rate zones and have each session led by your personal heart rate zone.
- Pace Zones: Along with heart rate, have each session led via a perosonalised pace zone.
- GetRunning PLUS: Enjoy all the benefits of GetRunning PLUS when you join LOADED Coaching.
- Normatec Boot Sessions: Anytime your in the studio, enjoy the Normatec Boots for 30mins on us.

- Run Form and Strength Session: Run through a Run Form and Strength program session with a specialist coach.
- Weekly check-ins: Touch base with the coach weekly to monitor progress.
- Monthly face-to-face: Catch up with your coach monthly to program and make changes/monitor progress
- Training Peaks: Have your program delivered via Training Peaks with smart watch connectivity.
- Lactate Threshold: We test your lactate threshold to work out your training zones.
- Heart Rate Zones: Understand your heart rate zones and have each session led by your personal heart rate zone.
