Group Runs

Group runs are free and open to everyone, but when you join JOURNEY or LOADED they become personalised to you and your program.

Running from our central Auckland studio, each session is coach-led and focused on heart rate and pace, with 5:45am Tuesdays featuring a mid-week long run in Zone 3, 6am Thursdays dedicated to pace work across all zones, and 6:30am Saturdays offering an easy long run in Zone 2 with pace groups, coach support, and fuel stations.

GetRunning Social is the heart of our community. Social dinners, our WhatsApp chat group and weekly memos to keep you up to date with everything that’s going on, and the vibrant atmosphere of our studio. Accessible from anywhere in New Zealand, it’s where all of our runners come together.

GetRunning travels to domestic marathon events around New Zealand, usually three times a year. As part of GetRunning Plus, you’ll enjoy world-class support and hospitality, including recommended accommodation, start, finish line, and on-course support on race day, plus a very social celebration dinner at one of the best local restaurants.
