Take your running to the next level with our personalized coaching & Personal Training. Our experienced coaches have a proven track record of helping runners of all levels achieve their goals. Whether you're training for a specific race or looking to improve your overall performance, we'll design a customized training program that's tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Using the latest technology and training methods, we'll monitor your progress and adjust your program as needed to ensure you're making the most of your training time. We offer both in-person and remote coaching options, so you can train wherever and whenever it's most convenient for you.

When it comes to personal training for running, we have you covered. We thoroughly assess your running strengths and weaknesses, delve into our extensive resources for running-specific strength training, and make sure you have everything you need to get the most out of you running with our run purpose built gym studio we have you covered.

Membership Details

  • Coaching

    This membership allows you the benefit of personalised 1:1 coaching with weekly contact and data analysis including Garmin to Training Peaks connectivity with full run file analysis of heart rate and pace, with weekly feedback via email or Training Peaks. You have the luxury of catching up face-to-face or via phone with your personal running coach every 3-4 weeks to go over the running data and set the next month’s training.

    FULLY PERSONALISED COACHING - $46.50 PER WEEK

    PERSONALISED COACHING + FULL RUN CLUB - $72.00 PER WEEK

    PERSONALISED COACHING + 2 RUN CLUB SESSIONS WEEKLY - $67.00 PER WEEK

    ONE-OFF CONSULTS: $250 PER CONSULT - FOLLOW UPS $150.00

    PERSONAL TRAINING: 1HR $100/45MINS $80/SHARED SESSION $50

    Please note there is a three month minimum sign up to coaching

    For those that are just wanting a one off consultations to run through your running then the casual consultation is for you. We run through history, current and data to analysis where you are at and where you need to go. We run through everything in the personalised coaching minus the continued running analysis and in a condensed format. This is great if you looking for a top up and updated version of running info for yourself, or don’t have the time or commitment to personalised coaching.

    GetRunning is a one-stop shop for those wanting a premium running experience.

  • Welcome to our team! All of our coaches are passionate and enthusiastic about running, and have various qualifications in personal training, as well as degrees and diplomas in sports and fitness. What sets us apart is that we work as a team in coaching. All of our coaches have gone through the GetRunning Certificate in Coaching, an intensive program designed to deliver coaching in a collaborative, high-quality approach. We are constantly evolving and working together as coaches, using the latest technology, from heart rate/GPS Garmin watches to fantastic analysis tools such as Training Peaks. When you choose a GetRunning coach, you are overseen by the whole crew! We pride ourselves on evolving and working as a team to bring you the best in coaching and programming.
