Join our Run Club and take your running to the next level. Our club runs year-round and targets key events on the running calendar, with 12-16 week cyclical periodic programs designed to maximize your training and get you to race day well prepared and confident.
Our Full Run Club includes group event training programs, running-specific studio sessions, and various pace groups catering to easy run speeds from 5min/km through to 8min/km. Our focused run-specific sessions cover all your running needs, and our famous free barista coffee is waiting for you at the end of each run!

RUN CLUB
Our most popular, with runners being able to attend any of the daily run club sessions (everything from stretching for runners to long easy runs and everything running), the use of our amazing inner city studio complete with showers & toilets, stretching equipment, chilled fresh water and SOS (rehydration drink) for after the runs and, of course, our world famous free barista coffee! You have complete access to the run club’s event-specific run program via Training Peaks with Garmin connectivity and data analysis — basically a place to call your running home!!

5k Run Club
The 5k run club is the best approach to starting out or getting back into running. We pride ourselves in taking it slowly, we like to get you running safely – and with a smile on your face! Our focus is getting you to a comfortable 5km of non-stop running. Our experienced coaches are there to help you the whole way

Please note that our main intake for the 5k run club is at the start of each year. However, you can join at any time throughout the year and still gain access to the great club atmosphere, group strength classes, group start times, coffee, stretching, and club facilities. You may just need to run parts on your own during the early stages of training before progressing to the main run club.
