- Saturday Session Details -
One Tree Hill/Ambury Farm Run.. 16km with a 18km option for group 1 - 2
Details: This week you take on the infamous Ambury Farm... a beautiful run from One Tree Hill, over the old Mangere Bridge and around the shore line to Ambury Farm, with panoramic views of the harbour what better way is there to spend a Saturday morning!!?? on the way back you will be treated to some undulating terrain and a nice finish welcome.

Where:
Meet at the Toilets from the Green Land entrance to One Tree Hill... drive up to the first round about and a sharp turn left.

Please note the slightly later times... The park does not open until 7am
Water/Fuel Station:
We will have a Water/Fuel station at:
5kms: Corner Coronation Road and Kiwi Esplanade
8kms: Ambury Road entrance to Farm (oranges and bananas will be provided)
Please let me know if you have a willing family member or friend that would like to help with the station
We will pop across the road to Frolic for coffee after wards for anyone that wants to join.

Details:
The Session consists of a 30min out and back run at a up tempo pace with a 30min drill strengthening session designed to functionally strengthen you specific to running.

Details:
The Session consists of a 45min interval run session working between hard and easy running continuously. You will be advised on correct variation in speeds depending on your pace group.
