Half & Full Clinic

Our Running Clinic runs right through the year targeting key events on the Running Calendar with 12 week cyclical periodic programmes designed to maximize your training and get you to race day well prepared and confident.

We cover your weekly running requirements with sessions running every morning Monday to Saturday.

All our sessions are held from our fantastic and modern studio space at 19 Auburn Street, Grafton, Auckland. Our longer run sessions are held on Saturday mornings allowing you to explore and enjoy all that this great city has to offer.
