| 12 Week Half and Full Program | ||
| The 12 Week Half and Full Marathon program is designed to work runners towards an event while in a supportive, social and structured run group. The sessions vary between Run specific strength, speed and hill work to event distances. Its a great way to work up to a goal while having the support of others for motivation knowing you are doing it right. | ||

| The group training sessions are designed specifically to your chosen event with quality of training the focus. Sessions work towards the event while still allowing runners to join in on a casual basis, you don’t need to be working towards an event to join group training, just commit to 12 weeks of training! | ||

| Beginner 6 Week Run Program | ||
| Whether you want to run to lose weight, reach a fitness goal, or improve the way you look and feel, this beginner running program can help you get started with running. To begin, you only need to be able to run for 1 minute at a time. Using a run/walk method, you'll work your way up to running continuously for 30 minutes in 6 weeks. | ||

| This 6-week 10K training program is designed for intermediate runners who want to run a 10K race. Even if you're not training for a specific race, this program will help you build up to run for more than 60 minutes. The program assumes that you can already run for 25-30 minutes. | ||
